Snow Days Aren't Fun When You're Sick!

Daddy and I got sick on Tuesday night, so despite snow days on Wednesday AND Thursday, we were feeling pretty miserable! We had actually both called in sick to school on Wednesday (even though there were already several inches of snow on the ground, and the chances of a snow day were high...you just never know with our school district!) I'll spare the details, but neither of us got any sleep on Tuesday night. We spent Wednesday and Thursday recovering! Adele was a little angel and pretty much entertained herself while we traded off napping in bed and resting on the couch.

We took Adele out in the snow for a little while on Tuesday afternoon while the snow was still falling. She still isn't thrilled with snow, but she's so cute in her snowsuit, we just couldn't resist! Daddy also took her out on Thursday, but we had around 12 inches of snow, and that was just too much for our little Monkey!

Last night Adele started walking some more. She takes tiny little steps, so crawling is much faster, and she almost always reverted back to crawling if her destination was more than a couple of feet away. She did walk across about half of her bedroom before plopping down to crawl though.
